How to access your Data Disclosure
Once you have downloaded the ZIP file, you can open it and find two different files. The files with the name "Coversheet" are general information about the processing of your data on our part.
The second file starts with the name "MyFile_..." and in this file you will find the data you requested.
This file is divided into three different tabs (you can find them at the left end of the file). Here you can find the tabs "definitions.csv", "personal-information.csv" and "transactional-information.csv".
Definitions.csv - This tab shows a legend with explanations of the used vocabulary of the data information.
Personal-information.csv - In this tab you will find an overview of your personal data stored at LeoVegas.
Transactional-information.csv - in this tab you will find all the information about your transactions (game and payment history).Please note that the calculations in the "transactional-information.csv" tab are accumulated on a daily basis and do not show individual bets.
What data is included?
Personal-information.csv -Here you will find the following information:
Player ID: internal reference number of your player account.
First Name, Last Name, Username, Email, Mobile Phone, Country, City, Zip and Street address: these are your personal data stored with us.
UserCurrency: shows the currency used by your account.
Locked, Self Excluded, Lock Reason: here you can find information if your account was open or locked and for what reason.
WantsBonus, WantsCommunication, WantsSMS, WantsEmail: these are your personal communication settings.
CurrentVIP Title: here you can find your VIP level
SignUpDate: registration date
FirstDepositDate: date of your first deposit
BonusUsage: internal information about your used bonuses
Transactional-information.csv -Here you will find the following information:
Player ID: internal reference number of your player account
Date: date of the respective payment/game round
GameName: here you can find the name of the game played. This field is empty if the respective row is not a played game round.
PaymentMethod: here you can find the name of the payment method used. This field is empty if the row in question is not a payment.
PaymentProvider: here you can find the name of the payment provider that supported your payment method for the given payment.
AcceptedWithdrawals: sum of the approved withdrawals.
Deposit: Amount of successful deposit
CashTurnover: sum of the money amounts for all placed slot bets and settled sports bets, minus cancelled slot bets
CashWinnings: sum of the money amounts for all settled slots and sports results, minus cancelled results
NGR: Net Gaming Revenue
