Have you received an error message on-site when trying to action a spin or place a bet?
If the message states you have insufficient funds, a Wagering Limit that you set may have been reached. To check if this is the case, simply head over to your profile, check the responsible gaming section and have a look at the “Wagering Limit” tab.
You can change your limit yourself there, but it will take 24 hours until a new limit is active if it is higher than the limit you had previously. Please note that our support teams do not have access to your limits and cannot change them for you.
