When should I send in documents?
You'll receive an email notification from GoGoCasino requesting verification of a specific document to validate your member account details. We may also require other documents at different stages, including updated documents, such as a new ID, to ensure your account information remains updated.
What type of documents do you require?
ID - In order to verify your identity, we need to see a government issued photo ID that states your place of birth. This ID should be valid and in date. We need to see all four corners of the document and ensure that the images are clear. Please do not cover any part of the image.
Proof of address - To verify your address, we require a utility bill, letter, or statement issued within the last 3 months. This can be provided as a screenshot of any online bills or a photo of a physical bill uploaded to our platform. Feel free to mask any other personal information displayed on the document for added security.
The document will need to include the following:
- Your name
- Your address
- The issue date
- The company name/ logo
Please ensure you can see all of the above in order to verify your proof of address document.
How do I upload my documents?
Access our document upload feature conveniently through your account settings. Simply navigate to the 'Hamburger Menu' and select 'Profile.' From there, go to 'Account Overview,' where any requested documents will be listed under 'Verify Account.' Make sure you have your documents prepared before using the upload feature.
