Forgot your password and can’t log in? It happens to all of us! Not to worry, simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on “forgot password" (This can be found in the top of the main page on Desktop and in the Sidebar in the menu on mobile)
Step 2: Enter the email address that you have registered with GoGo Casino.
Step 3: Click on Send the Link.
Step 4: Follow the instructions in the email.

Your new password requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters
  
  
• At least one letter
  
  
• At least one number
  
  
• At least one special character (!,#,?,*)
  
  
• Password can’t be the same as email/username
  
  
• The password can't be changed to something that was already used before, it has to be a new one.
  
  
• You have 10 attempts before the account will be locked.
