Why has my account been limited?

The net deposit limit takes into consideration publicly available information to adjust the amount you are able to play for.
What should I do to increase my net deposit limit?
If you believe you have the financial means for an increased net deposit limit, you can request for a re-appraisal of your limit. If you want to change your net deposit limit, contact Customer Support and the Affordability team will get in touch with you with further instructions.
We may request documentation that shows you have sufficient financial ability to raise the limit, such as:
- income from salary during the last three months (for example, if you have got a job, significantly changed salary since the previous year of income or receive a salary from a company abroad)
- supporting documentation to show saving or capital such shares/fund/ISK-accounts
- savings account extract
