Even though we here at GoGo love having you around, we understand that you have other priorities and sometimes it can be good to take a break. You can take a break for a definite period or for an indefinite period.
If you would like to take a break for a definite period please follow the following steps:
- Go to your profile.
- Click "Self Exclusion".
- Click on the 'DEFINITE' tab
- Choose a duration in the drop down menu (1 day , 1 week, 4 weeks, 6 weeks or 6 months)
- Click the 'CONFIRM' button
- Your account is now closed for the chosen period.
If you request to reopen your account before the definite self-exclusion period has ended, the account will be able to be reopened 24 hours after your request has been made.
If you would like to take a break for an indefinite period please follow the following steps:
- Go to your profile.
- Click "Self Exclusion".
- Click on the 'INDEFINITE' tab
- Click the 'CONFIRM' button
- Your account is now closed for an indefinite period.
If you request to reopen your account before the self-exclusion period has ended, the account will be able to be reopened 7 days after your request has been made.
