What is Veriff?
To verify your identity, you may be asked to submit documents.
We do this through our security partner, Veriff. This allows us to confirm that it's really you, while ensuring your personal data is fully protected in accordance with privacy regulations.
Veriff securely uses advanced ID authentication, facial biometrics, and liveness detection. This method not only increases security but also accelerates the verification process, allowing your account to be verified faster and more securely.
How does the verification process work?
- You will be asked to start the verification via our app or website
- Upload or scan a valid government-issued ID or residence permit.
- Veriff checks the data within seconds, and if anything is wrong, you will immediately receive a request to resubmit your documents.
What if my verification fails?
If your attempt is unsuccessful, it could be because:
- The photo was blurry or poorly lit.
- The ID type is not supported.
- Not all the required information was visible.
Please try again in good lighting and ensure your document is valid and clearly visible.
Is Veriff safe?
Yes. Veriff uses TLS-encrypted connections for all document uploads and communications to protect your data in transit. Your documents are stored on secure, encrypted servers that meet international standards for data protection, including GDPR compliance, and certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.
Are there any technical requirements to use Veriff?
Veriff is our trusted online identification partner, and there’s no need to download any additional software.
You can complete verification directly in your web browser or mobile device: we recommend using your mobile device for its better image quality.

Are there any requirements for the file?
To ensure successful verification, please make sure that:
- All details on your document are clearly visible and in color
- There’s no glare, blurriness, overexposure, or cropping
- The document is well-lit and legible
- The file size does not exceed 30 MB per image
Veriff supports all major image formats (JPG, PNG, PDF).

Can I change the language while uploading my documents?
Yes. Veriff supports multiple languages. During the process, you can select your preferred language so that all instructions appear in the one most comfortable for you.
